Below $25/month with real RAG (not a rule-based bot, not a Custom GPT, not a fake "AI" that's just keyword matching), the only serious options in 2026 are saavos Starter at $19/month and Botsonic Starter at $19/month annual. They're the same price. The model is different. That's the comparison. All pricing confirmed from vendor pages, 2026-05-19.

Chatbase moved their Hobby tier to $40/month in 2026. Before that, $20 got you a real RAG chatbot with decent training sources.
