Can I get a chatbot trained on my website URL?
Yes, that is the core workflow. Enter your URL in the dashboard and saavos crawls the page, chunks the text, and builds a retrieval index in under a minute. You can add multiple URLs, a sitemap, PDFs, or pasted text. The bot answers from that indexed content. When your site changes, re-ingest the URL to update the bot.
How do I embed saavos with one script tag?
Copy the snippet from your dashboard — one <script> tag — and paste it before the closing </body> tag on your site. That is the entire integration. The widget loads asynchronously and works on any site that accepts custom HTML: WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Framer, or raw HTML. No npm package, no API keys in your frontend, no configuration file.
Do I need a credit card to start?

Typical first-token latency is under two seconds. Responses stream word-by-word so visitors see progress immediately.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your knowledge sources are stored with row-level security — only your account can read or modify them. Chat logs are isolated per bot owner. We never use your data to train models.
Can I export my conversation history?

What is your refund policy?

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
Your bot returns a friendly "limit reached" message and resumes at the start of your next billing period. On Business, overages are charged at $0.02 per message above cap (capped at $200 per period). Overage billing is in beta — current overages are absorbed by saavos until metered billing is confirmed stable (target 2026-06).
Does saavos charge per resolved conversation?
No. saavos is flat-rate: Free ($0), Starter ($19/mo), Pro ($49/mo), Business ($199/mo). You can resolve 100 tickets or 10,000 — same price. Some competitors charge per resolved conversation. We think penalizing you when your bot does its job is a bad deal.
