Plain-English terms.
Last updated: 2026-05-14
Using saavos means you agree to these terms.
By creating an account or using the saavos service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using saavos on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
Paste a URL. Get a trained bot.
saavos is an AI chatbot SaaS. You provide knowledge sources (URLs, PDFs, text), we train a bot on that content, and you embed the bot on your website. Visitors can then ask questions and get answers based on your content.
Keep your credentials safe.
You must be at least 13 years old to use saavos.
You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it current. A fake email address means we cannot reach you with important notices.
You are responsible for keeping your password and API keys secure. Notify us immediately at founder@5minbot.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
One account per person or business entity. Sharing accounts is not permitted unless you are on an enterprise plan with a multi-seat arrangement.
What you cannot use saavos for.
You cannot train bots on or generate content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours (India).
You cannot use saavos to send unsolicited messages, generate spam, or cause harm to others — including harassment, impersonation, or disinformation.
You cannot probe, scan, or attempt to compromise saavos systems without explicit written permission. If you find a vulnerability, report it to founder@5minbot.com and give us time to fix it before disclosing publicly.
You cannot resell or white-label saavos as part of your own SaaS offering without an enterprise agreement. Contact us if you want to discuss this.
You own it. We just process it.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit (source URLs, PDFs, text, conversation logs). We do not claim any ownership over your content.
You grant saavos a limited license to store, process, and index your content solely to provide the service — chunking, embedding, and returning answers to your visitors. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you train your bot on, and that it does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
You are responsible for what your bot says.
Bot responses are generated by Claude (Anthropic) based on your sources. LLMs can and do make mistakes — they can misinterpret questions, omit caveats, or generate plausible but incorrect answers. You must validate that the bot's output is appropriate for your use case before deploying it to your users.
If you deploy a bot in a regulated context (healthcare, legal, financial advice), you are responsible for ensuring it meets the relevant compliance requirements. saavos does not provide compliance advice.
Monthly. Cancel any time.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Dodo Payments. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel. Plan details and current prices are on the pricing page.
You can cancel any time from the billing portal in your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate partial periods unless you are within the refund window below.
If you are unhappy within 7 days of your first payment on a plan, email founder@5minbot.com and we will refund you, no questions asked. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable.
Either of us can end this.
You can close your account any time from the dashboard or by emailing us. We will confirm and begin data purge within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. For planned service changes, we will give at least 30 days notice by email.
On account closure, your data is retained for 30 days (in case you change your mind or need an export), then permanently deleted.
Service is “as is”.
saavos is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error- free, or that bot responses will always be accurate. Check the status page for uptime history.
AI models can generate plausible-sounding but incorrect responses. You accept this limitation when deploying a bot and are responsible for validating the output for your use case.
Our liability is capped at what you paid us.
To the extent permitted by law, saavos's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data, business interruption) even if we knew they were possible.
Indian law applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India. We will always try to resolve issues informally before escalating — email us first.
We'll tell you when these change.
Material changes will be announced by email to active accounts and posted to our changelog. Continuing to use saavos after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
