Self-serve onboarding wizard
New accounts land on a 4-step wizard that guides from first URL source to first embedded widget. First-login tour also added to the dashboard.
New accounts used to land on an empty dashboard with no real guidance. That's fixed.
The new 4-step onboarding wizard at /dashboard/onboarding walks you through naming your bot, adding your first URL source, customizing the greeting, and copying the embed snippet — in that order. Most people finish it in under five minutes.
We also added a first-login tour for existing accounts: a lightweight overlay with callouts pointing at the key controls so you're not guessing where things are.
The wizard is skippable at any step. If you closed it and want it back, it's under Settings → Get started.
