Source detail page + Rerun-embed button

Click any source from your sources list to open its detail page. You'll see:

• Chunks — the first 10 text chunks we stored, with token counts per chunk so you can tell if a page got chunked sensibly or if your content is too dense
• Recent citations — the last 10 assistant messages that cited a chunk from this source, so you can see what questions it actually answered
• Rerun-embed button — re-chunks the source and re-embeds it in place without losing citation history. Useful when you've updated your source content and want the index to reflect the new version without deleting and re-adding the source

The source detail view also shows when the source was last crawled, its ingestion status, and an error log if any step in the pipeline failed.
